At Nursing Excellence, quality care starts with valuing the people who deliver it. Nursing Excellence carers are respected, supported, and fairly rewarded. This translates to aged care consumers and NDIS participants receiving care that is more consistent, compassionate, and reliable.

To make this belief real, Nursing Excellence invests directly in our care workforce. For example, every home care and support worker at Nursing Excellence receives 15% superannuation - well above the 12% minimum required of employers. This type of commitment strengthens our workforce, helping us attract and retain skilled, dedicated carers who can build trusted, ongoing relationships with the people they support. It also shows our care team that Nursing Excellence genuinely values them.
